Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please understand that I am an exclusive, by appointment only stylist. That means that your scheduled time with me is just that (your time and no one else) as I schedule my clients 2 hours apart. I service you and only you during your scheduled time with me. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice so that I can try to fill that opening.
FAILURE TO GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE, WILL RESULT IN A $20 CANCELLATION FEE BEING ADDED TO YOUR NEXT SALON APPOINTMENT! NO SHOWS AND REPEAT CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM MY CLIENTELE LIST! YOUR CONSIDERATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THIS MATTER IS MOST APPRECIATED.:)
